Pentagon Impex International (Pii), a “Consulting & Training” firm was established in 2002 by Mr. Sunil Chandra, a seasoned professional with more than 36 years of corporate experience on top positions. Over the last 10 years Pii has expanded its footprint to Middle East & South East Asia with offices in India, UAE & Hong Kong.

The name Pentagon was chosen with careful deliberation as it happens to be one of the most powerful buildings in the world and a source of inspiration & motivation. Leadership Message from Life Coach, Business Consultant & Master Trainer - Sunil Chandra


The paradigms of 21st Century are vastly different than the previous one.

These need to be understood in their entirety. Abstract definitions of leadership are plenty but they lack direction towards practical application in the real world of Corporates.

In order to apply leadership paradigms of the 21st Century, we first need to internalize the under currents of sea Economy to the “Information Age Economy”.

To this effect, I have designed and developed a comprehensive Training Program comprising of the following 4 Modules:-

These Training Programs are “CLASSIC” in as much as they work on the roots, they are deep and fundamental, and they inspire “HOPE” for the present and coming generations of business leaders.

It has to be deeply understood that most of the paradigms, trends, styles, beliefs and theories of the previous century which governed the earlier generation and led to the culmination of 20th century industrialized society, are no longer going to be valid. They will no longer deliver results and are woefully inadequate to propel growth in this era.

Earlier, the success of an organization depended on an appropriate matrix of skilled labour, technology, resources, research, systems and strategy. Today, it depends quite simply on our understanding of human nature, our own nature and on how to weave innovation by inculcating a stress free work culture.

This will require deep introspection, a whole new paradigm shift. A lot of past knowledge has to be consciously obliterated.

To ride change we have first to comprehend the change.

Organizational “minds” have to be trained to unlearn and learn quickly in order to leapfrog growth in the 21st century.

Organizations which will not have such “minds” in plenty will leapfrog their oblivion. The cruciality and criticality of quickly acquiring or developing such leaders was never more pronounced than what it is today. The said futuristic leaders need to inculcate the desire and ability to think, the desire and ability to feel, the desire and ability to change and the desire and ability to innovate in all their fellow workers.

Obviously, to fire all the “old minds” and replace them with futuristic leaders is neither practical nor prudent. Hence, the need to take emergent OB and OD initiatives in order to train and develop them to suit the organizational aspirations of the 21st century.


About Sunil Chandra

He is an Associate Member of IBCT, Netherlands and the Chief Trainer of Coach Leadership Centre, an organization committed to constant personal & professional growth with emphasis on continuous self renewal. Also he is certified professional to apply HACCP Principles by International HACCP Alliance, USA in the food industry.

He is an expert on Organization Development and always focuses on building behavioral economies for sustained Organizational Growth through training interventions and consultancy. 

His qualifications include MBA (Marketing) and a Diploma in International Business.

Having more than 30 years of experience in areas of Corporate growth & development, training, administration, HRM, Global business, Industrial projects in industry & trade and has held top management positions throughout the career.

He has been associated with top Companies such as National Productivity Council, POLYSET, VOLTAS, L&T, HP-Compaq, MICROSOFT, Godrej, PCS-DG, UFlex, Baba Global, HCL Info-systems, Birla-Soft, Luxor International, Sanofi-aventis, AEZ India, Tally Solutions, Instapower, IFP Petro Products, etc.

He has successfully completed 9 industrial projects from concept to commissioning and has extensive domain knowledge of various industrial sectors.

A staunch advocate of Intentional Excellence, and is well known in the corporate circles as an experienced Corporate Trainer on Corporate Strategy, Business Strategy, Balanced ScoreCard, & soft skills; Training & Consultancy in the fields of HR & Marketing.

He has developed a concept of BUSINESS MEDITATIONTM – a strategic tool for Sustained Corporate GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT. It is followed up by a supporting assessment tool for measuring the execution competence of people in a corporate setup.

He has carried out deep research in the area of Business Strategy & Futuristic Leadership and designed a Training Program on the same in 4 Modules which are regarded as foundational for corporate success in the 21st Century.

After 18 months of research, he has designed a Life Transforming Training Workshop BE YOUR BEST – LEADER with complimentary* lifelong post training support. This is his flagship Workshop which gives complete clarity on various life issues by which a participant can succeed by taking complete charge of his life.

He is a KAM Specialist and Balanced ScoreCard Practitioner, regularly conducts in-house & public Training Programs on “Key Account Management”, “Handling Government Business”, and “Balanced ScoreCard”, under the aegis of his global consulting & training Company Pentagon Impex International which has offices in India, Dubai & Hong Kong.

He has designed and developed more than 90 Training Programs and has conducted more than 500 training programs for the corporate world. He is greatly loved and admired by the participants.

He genuinely believes in “CORPODEMICS (Corporate + Academia)”. Out of his personal passion he developed an exclusive Workshop The Extra Edge - Class Room to Board Room based on industry – academia collaboration to help business school Graduates to become more corporate relevant & industry ready.

About Prabodh Kumar

A Mechanical Engineer from I.I.T. Kanpur and Diploma in Management from AIMA, New Delhi. Prabodh Kumar has over 32 years of rich work experience in leading Indian, American and German companies which include Xerox, GE, Carrier Aircon, Knorr-Bremse India, L&T and Duraline India. 

He started his career in Manufacturing and worked his way through different functions in Manufacturing with increasing responsibilities. For the last 12 years, he has held Leadership positions as Managing Director / Chief Executive. Till October 2011, he was Managing Director (Asia, Africa & Middle East) with Duraline India. He has extensive experience in international business. He has set up and managed businesses and factories in multiple locations in India and overseas. 

Currently he is Chief Executive Officer with Pentagon Impex International – a leading Consulting & Corporate Development firm headed by Sunil Chandra with offices in India, UAE and Hong Kong. 

Prabodh’s strengths include Consulting and conducting Training & Development Programs and Workshops on Strategic and Operational issues.
